Obsidian had announced that a special reward awaited all those who were foolhardy enough to complete Fallout: New Vegas with Hardcore Mode switched on, which makes your playthrough of the game. This mod does as the name implies, it adds a much needed sprint mechanic to New Vegas. It requires the NVSE (New Vegas Script Extender) to work, but if you use the Nexus Mod Manager to load mods then it won't be an issue to set up.
