I have built multiple 2x2 martial plots and made them Artillery Stations which are supposed to function with the smoke grenades but they don't seem to work, do I need to maybe leave the area and come back for them to start working or do they just not work? This is so that Sim Settlements doesn't accidentally build two in the same settlement, which would be kinda pointless.
